Opinion

This is appeal from three separate judgments recovered by plaintiffs, passengers in an automobile against the driver thereof, the contention being that there was no negligence on the part of the driver, and also that the verdicts are excessive. The evidence supports the finding of the jury. Judgments and orders unanimously affirmed, with costs in one action. Present — Hill, P. J., McNamee, Crapser, Bliss and Heffernan, JJ.
