Opinion

Action upon a rescission of a contract of sale of a guaranteed mortgage certificate, which contract was rescinded because of alleged fraud practiced in the sale of the certificate. Order granting examination of the defendant before trial affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. The examination will proceed at the place fixed in the order on three days’ notice. No opinion. Young, Cars-well, Davis and Taylor, JJ., concur; Adel, J'., taking no part.
