Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellant, Fellows Corporation, appeals a non-final order denying its motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction. We have considered the record presented to the trial court and here, and find no error demonstrated therein.

Accordingly, the order appealed from is affirmed.
