Order denying defendant’s motion to bring in additional parties defendant, with the right to serve upon them a supplemental summons and pleading alleging the claim of the defendant upon said parties, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to defendant-appellant to answer within twenty days from the entry of the order herein. No opinion. Young, Carswell, Davis, Adel and Taylor, JJ., concur.
