Appeal from an order denying a motion to serve and file nune pro tunc a written demand for a jury trial and to direct the placement of this cause on the jury calendar. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Beldock, Murphy, Ughetta and Hallinan, JJ., concur.
