Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The instant appeal continues as a companion to Chalk v. State, 467 So.2d 1071 (Fla. 2d DCA 1985). See Feiler v. State, 443 So.2d 1072 (Fla. 2d DCA 1984). Based upon the record before us and our contemporaneous disposition of Chalk II, the lower court is directed to enter a written order denying the petition.

CAMPBELL, A.C.J., and FRANK and HALL, JJ., concur.
