In a proceeding under article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, to review and annul an order of the State Lottery Commission, petitioners move, pursuant to section 66 of the Civil Practice Act, to stay the execution of such order pending the determination of the proceeding. Motion for stay denied. Beldock, Acting P. J., Ughetta, Kleinfeld, Christ and Brennan, JJ., concur.
