880 So. 2d 1291, 2004 Fla. App. LEXIS 13372, 2004 WL 2003357
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided September 9, 2004·No. No. 3D04-1143·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Evens Faustin appeals from an order of the trial court denying his motion for correction of sentence for jail time credit. We reverse and remand for correction of Faustin’s sentence to reflect nine hundred and sixty-three (963) days of credit for time served, as the record reflects that Faustin was booked into jail on March 30, 1999 and was sentenced on November 20, 2001 for a total of 963 days. Faustin need not be present.

Reversed and remanded for correction of sentence.
