Downey, J.

Tbe appeal in this case is taken, and tbe errors assigned, by three of tbe six defendants in tbe judgment below, without a compliance with section 551, 2 G. & H. 270, and for this reason tbe appeal cannot be sustained.

Tbe appeal is dismissed, at the costs of tbe appellants.
