ORDER
After consideration of the parties’ briefs and the record on appeal, we find it
evident that the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board’s Opinion and Decision
dated June 27, 2023, should be affirmed on the basis of and for the reasons stated in
the Superior Court’s Opinion and Order dated November 15, 2023.1
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the above-described
decisions of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board and the Superior Court are
AFFIRMED.
