Opinion

PER CURIAM.

A petition for writ of certiorari to the District Court of Appeal, Fourth District, was granted in this cause.

We now remand this case to the District Court for reconsideration in light of our recent decision in Stuart v. Hertz Corporation, 351 So.2d 703 (Fla., filed July 28, 1977), rehearing denied, November 28, 1977.

It is so ordered.

OVERTON, C. J., and BOYD, ENGLAND, SUNDBERG and HATCHETT, JJ., concur.
