On appeal by Bankers Trust Company: Order affirmed, with costs. There was no jurisdiction for the reasons stated in the opinion by Justice Arnold L. Fein at the Appellate Division (85 AD2d 335).

On appeal by Punjab & Sind Bank, Ltd.: Appeal dismissed, without costs, upon the ground that appellant is not a party aggrieved (CPLR 5511).
