Opinion

Action brought by the plaintiff, assignee of the claim of Max Hoehman, to recover damages for the conversion by the defendant of certain salvage material. Order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment, and judgment entered thereon dismissing the complaint, unanimously affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Johnston, Adel, Taylor and Close, JJ.
