PER CURIAM.

This cause having been orally argued before the court, the briefs and record having been fully considered and appellant having failed to show reversal error, the judgment appealed is accordingly affirmed. Cf. Gulle v. Boggs, Supreme Court of Florida, 174 So.2d 26. Opinion filed April 7, 1965.
