Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Given the context of the statement, we find no error in the lower court’s ruling that appellant’s statement that he would probably plead guilty was not an “offer to plead” within the purview of section 90.410, Florida Statutes (1993).

AFFIRMED.

DAUKSCH, GRIFFIN and THOMPSON, JJ., concur.
