Opinion

In re: Coastal States Life Insurance Company applying for certiorari, or writ [275]*275of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Calcasieu, 208 So.2d 734.

It is ordered that the writ of review issue; that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified.

Writ granted. Limited to the issue of statutory penalties and attorney fees. In all other respects the writ is denied.
