Opinion

In re: Cheryl Eymard, wife of/and Hugh Eymard applying for certiorari or writ of review to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 302 So.2d 56.

Writ denied. The rationale of the so called “majority” opinion is not accepted but we find no error in the result under the facts.

CALOGERO, J., dissents from this refusal to grant writs.
