See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1. The motion is GRANTED. Accordingly, appellees Blue Renewable Energy, LLC and Black Mountain Financial Corp. are ordered DISMISSED from the appeal. The appeal as to appellees High Power Energy, LLC continues.
