On Motion of Mr. Rutledge Solicitor for the Complainants upon reading the affidavit of James Parsons Esq. one of the Complainants in this Cause Ordered That a Writt of ne exeat Provincia against Jane Royland otherwise Mouncey one of the Defendants in this Suit do issue in the usual Manner and that She do find sufficient Bail or Security in the Sum of Seven Thousand Pounds current money.
