The Demurrer filed in this Cause coming on this Day to be argued Mr. Parsons opened the Nature and Scope of the Bill and also the Nature and Scope of the Demurrer spoke in Support thereof and cited Cases.

The Court then did order and decree that the said Demurrer be sustained. And that the Complainants do pay the Costs of this Suit.
