Willson, Judge.

After a careful consideration of the evidence in this case, we have concluded that the applicant is entitled to bail, [584]*584and that the amount of his bail be and is fixed at the sum of $3,000. It is therefore ordered that said applicant, Henry Schamberger, be admitted to bail in said sum of $3,000, and that upon his giving such bail in accordance with law, he be released from custody.

Ordered accordingly.
