Opinion
After a careful consideration of the evidence in this case as it is presented in the record, we are not. satisfied that the “proof is evident” that the applicant is guilty of murder in the first degree. We therefore reverse the judgment denying him bail, and grant him bail in the sum of five thousand dollars.
Ordered accordingly.
