July 30, 1930. Opinion of the Court was delivered by The facts and issues involved in this case are set forth in the decree of his Honor, Judge William H. Townsend, who heard the case. We agree with the conclusion reached by Judge Townsend. Therefore the exceptions are overruled, and the judgment of the Circuit Court affirmed.
