PER CURIAM.

Petition of Birmingham Iron & Development Company for certiorari to the Court of Appeals to review and revise the judgment and decision of said court in the case of Birmingham Iron & Development Co. v. Mrs. David Hood, 94 South. 835.

Certiorari denied.

All the Justices concur, except SAYRE, J., who dissents.
