Opinion

PER CURIAM.

E.W. appeals an adjudication of delinquency for theft of an automobile in violation of Section 810.02(3), Florida Statutes (1989). We affirm.

We agree with the state’s contention that E.W.’s adjudication of delinquency should be affirmed based upon the lesser included offense of trespass. See G.C. v. State, 560 So.2d 1186 (Fla.1990) § 810.08, Fla. Stat. (1989).

Affirmed.
