ORDER
IT IS ORDERED that the execution of the sentence of death imposed upon the appellant, John Louis Evans, III, and heretofore set for August 4, 1978, be, and it is hereby, stayed until the further orders of this Court in order to permit the appellant, John Louis Evans, III, to file a petition for certiorari with the United States Supreme Court as authorized by law.
