Per Curiam.

We are of opinion that without any reasonable doubt, the administrator de bonis non cum testamento annexo of Benjamin Chew, deceased, can exercise the powers of sale granted by the will to his executors; and affirm thffi judgment on the opinion delivered at Nisi Prius.

Judgment affirmed.
