Opinion
Csesar Eugee was indicted and tried for the offense of murder, it being charged that he feloniously killed Agnes Mudie. The jury trying the case returned a verdict of guilty, with a recommendation. A motion for new trial was overruled, and the movant excepted, and by writ of error the judgment of the court below was brought here for review.
