872 So. 2d 450, 2004 Fla. App. LEXIS 6751, 2004 WL 1087115
District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided May 17, 2004·No. No. 1D04-0739·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Upon consideration of the appellants’ response to the Court’s order of March 4, 2004, the Court has determined that the order on appeal is not a final order. See S.L.T. Warehouse Co. v. Webb, 304 So.2d 97, 100 (Fla.1974). Accordingly, the appeal is hereby dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. The appellants’ Motion to Extend Deadlines for Trial Transcript, Record on Appeal and Briefs, filed on April 8, 2004, is denied as moot.

BARFIELD, DAVIS and POLSTON, JJ., concur.
