District Court of Appeal of Florida·Decided March 23, 2005·No. No. 3D04-2243·Published

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Franceline Estinual appeals a Final Order of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Licensing, denying her a Class-D license to be a security guard. Although we are sympathetic to appellant, Ms. Estinual, in this case, we can find no legal error with the agency’s decision below which would afford this appellate court the ability to grant her relief.

Affirmed.
