Opinion
The very able and exhaustive argument of the learned counsel for the appellant has not convinced us that there was any error in the decree, or in the opinion of the court below. As [234]*234it seems to us the decree is fully vindicated by the findings and conclusions contained in the opinion and on it we affirm the decree.
Decree affirmed and appeal dismissed at the cost of the appellant.
