Opinion

PER CURIAM.

GRANTED.

The 26th Judicial District Court may rule on motions for new trial as to defendants dismissed by Orleans Civil District Court on exceptions of lack of jurisdiction. Therefore, the order of the Court of Appeal, 2d Circuit, which would transfer a portion of the case back to Orleans Parish is vacated and reversed.
