Opinion
W e are not convinced that there is any error in this record that requires either reversal or modification of the decree. On the contrary, we are satisfied that the questions necessarily involved were correctly decided.
The decree is affirmed on the opinion of the learned president of the court below, and the appeal is dismissed at appellant’s costs.
