Opinion
E.S.A., on behalf of A.J.A., appeals an order of dismissal of the Petition for Injunction for Protection Against Repeat Violence filed for the protection of A.J.A. from the repeated harassment and bullying allegedly committed by E.F. We conclude that the trial court erred in dismissing the Petition and remand this case for a hearing on the merits.
REVERSED and REMANDED.
