Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We conclude that there is competent substantial evidence supporting the referee’s determination that appellant is an independent contractor. See Keith v. News & Sun Sentinel Co., 667 So.2d 167, 171-72 (Fla.1995). The order denying unemployment benefits is affirmed.
