Just compensation; requisitioning of two ferry boats.

On an offer of compromise made by the plaintiff, which was accepted by the defendant, and a stipulation entered into between the parties, and in accordance with a memorandum report by a commissioner of the court recommending that [754] judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the agreed sum, and on plaintiff’s motion for judgment, it was ordered that judgment for plaintiff be entered in the sum of $61,902.10.
