Just compensation; requisitioning of two ferry boats.

On an offer of compromise made by the plaintiff, which was accepted by the defendant, and a stipulation entered into between the parties, and in accordance with a memorandum report by a commissioner of the court recommending that judgment be entered for the plaintiff in the agreed sum, and on plaintiff’s motion for judgment, it was ordered that judgment for plaintiff be entered in the sum of $61,902.10.
