Opinion
The only error assigned in this cause is that the lower court erred in overruling appellant’s motion for a new trial. Under this assignment it is argued that the verdict and judgment are not sustained by the evidence. Upon a careful examination of the evidence, we think the conclusion reached by the lower court was right. Judgment affirmed.
