PER CURIAM.

We reverse the order dismissing appellant’s complaint with prejudice and remand with instructions to allow appellants leave to amend their complaint if they are so advised. County School Board v. K.D. Hedin Construction, 382 So.2d 90 (Fla. 3d DCA 1980); Osborne v. Delta Maintenance and Welding, Inc., 365 So.2d 425 (Fla. 2d DCA 1978); L.C. Morris, Inc., v. Allison, 277 So.2d 28 (Fla. 3d DCA 1973).

Reversed and Remanded.
