After Remand from the Supreme Court

PER CURIAM.

This court’s prior judgment has been reversed and the cause remanded by the Alabama Supreme Court. Ex parte South Baldwin Reg’l Med. Ctr., 785 So.2d 368 (Ala.2000). In compliance with the Supreme Court’s opinion, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.

AFFIRMED.
