Appeal from an order of the Washington County Special Term of the Supreme Court, entered in the Washington County Clerk’s Office September 4, 1946, denying a motion made by appellant vacating a notice of examination before trial in a separation action. Order affirmed, with $25 costs and disbursements. The date of the examination is fixed for Monday, November 25, 1946, at ten o’clock in the forenoon before William S. Lawton, Esq., at his office in the village of Cambridge, N. Y. All concur.
