Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Maxwell v. Nugget Oil, Inc., 744 So.2d 1203 (Fla. 1st DCA 1999); Benton v. Moore, 655 So.2d 1272 (Fla. 1st DCA 1995); see also Johnson v. First City Bank of Gainesville, 491 So.2d 1217, 1218 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986). The dismissal is without prejudice to the appellant to seek review upon the trial court’s entry of a final order.
