Opinion

Motion by appellants to amend remittitur to conform with the mandate of the Supreme Court of the United States granted. Return of remittitur requested and, when returned, it will be amended to read as follows: Order reversed, with costs in all courts, and proceeding remitted to Special Term, Nassau County, with directions to enter an order granting appellants the relief prayed for in the petition. [See 10 N Y 2d 174.]
