Opinion

Action for reformation of a separation agreement and for other relief. Resettled order denying defendant’s motion to strike out the plaintiff’s first cause of action and for judgment in favor of defendant thereon affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. There are triable issues in the action. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
