Opinion

REID, Judge.

This is a companion case to the case of Edgar Rogers v. The Stuyvesant Insurance Company of New York, No. 7003, La.App., 198 So.2d 685, the two cases being consolidated for trial.

For the reasons set forth in the Rogers v. Stuyvesant Insurance Co. of N. Y. case No. 7003 the judgment of the Lower Court is affirmed.

Affirmed.
