ORDER DENYING PETITION
This original petition for a writ of mandamus challenges a district court order requiring petitioner to submit to a psychological examination. Having reviewed the petition, the answer, and heard oral argument, we decline to exercise our discretion to entertain the writ petition. See Smith v. Eighth Judicial Dist. Court, 107 Nev. 674, 677, 818 P.2d 849, 851 (1991) ("[T]he issuance of a writ of mandamus or prohibition is purely discretionary with this court."). Accordingly, we ORDER the petition DENIED.
