Opinion

Per Curiam.

This case depends upon tbe same record and is controlled by tbe case of Timmerman v. McCullagh, ante p. 204, 104 Pac. 212. For tbe reasons given in that case tbe judgment is reversed, and tbe cause remanded with instructions to enter a judgment for tbe appellants quieting tbe title to tbe property described in tbeir complaint.
