Judgment reversed on the law and facts, without costs of this appeal to either party, and a new trial granted. Memorandum: The verdict in favor of plaintiff and against defendant was against the weight of evidence. All concur except Goldman and Halpern, JJ., who dissent and vote for affirmance.
