ORDER.

This cause came on to be heard oh the transcript of the record from-the Circuit Court of the United States for the southern district of Alabama, and was argued by counsel. On consideration whereof, it is now here ordered and adjudged by this, court, that the judgment of the said Circuit Court in this cause be and the same' is hereby affirmed, with costs and damages at the rate of six per centum per annum.
