Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Finding that substantial competent evidence supports the trial court’s determination that El Camino Mortgage Corp. [El Camino] held title to the subject property for El Camino’s own benefit and not as trustee for another, we affirm the order denying El Camino’s Motion for Discharge of Sheriff's Levy. See Helman v. Seaboard Coast Line Railroad, 349 So.2d 1187 (Fla.1977).

Affirmed.
