In an application under sections 295 and 308 of the Civil Practice Act, the appeal is from an order directing appellant to appear for examination as to the identity of the person or persons having possession and custody of respondent’s infant child. Order affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Nolan, P. J., Wenzel, MacCrate, Schmidt and Ughetta, JJ., concur.
